French Business Developer

Your role at SysPay:

  • Prospect and sign new accounts in assigned territory
  • Develop the existing account portfolio assigned to him/her
  • Work independently and in a team
  • Organise face-to-face meetings with business leaders and decision-makers within its territory(ies)
  • Maintain internal monitoring tools (CRM, etc.)
  • Manage the sales process from first contact to customer activation
  • Handle requests from our existing customers (end-users and merchants) and be responsible for their account management.
  • Be the main point of contact for technical and non-technical issues affecting merchants and end users
  • Helping merchants with their payment systems integration projects
  • Meet the company’s high standards for quality, regulation and speed of response
  • Ensure that all customer documents received are processed and stored efficiently

What we are looking for:

  • Studies in Sales, Marketing or Business, or a similar field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, knowledge of other languages as German or Spanish.
  • French as first language mandatory
  • Perform as self-starter who can effectively work within a strong team culture while being independent in managing his/her business;
  • Some work or training experience within the Hospitality industry.
  • Target and sales driven.
  • Excellent face-to-face and telephone communication skills.
  • Knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word and Excel).
  • Result oriented and ‘can-do’ attitude.
  • Comfortable working within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Organizational, time management and multitasking skills.
  • Proactive and able to work both in a team and on own initiative.
  • Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
