We are seeking hungry, entrepreneurial Independent Sales Representatives to drive our digital merchant acquisition. This is a 100% commission-based B2B contractor role designed for highly confident closers who want to build a lucrative book of business with uncapped earning potential. Your Mission
As an independent closer, you are the CEO of your own territory. You will:
- Hunt & Acquire: Leverage your existing network and aggressively prospect to close new e-commerce clients, from fast-growing D2C brands to established online marketplaces.
- Drive the Full Cycle: Generate your own leads, run discovery calls, negotiate contracts, and get the deal signed.
- Pitch with Impact: Cut through the noise and demonstrate exactly how SysPay’s payment solutions improve checkout conversion rates.
- Collaborate to Onboard: Hand off your closed clients to our technical teams for a flawless API integration, then move on to your next close.
Who You Are
- The Connected Hunter: You have direct, proven B2B sales experience in the payments industry (PSPs, Acquiring, SaaS, E-money). More importantly, you bring a “black book” – an existing, active network of e-commerce decision-makers that you can tap into on day one.
- The Entrepreneurial Closer: You don’t want a ceiling on your income. You do not wait for inbound leads; you go out and find the business with a relentless focus on exceeding quota.
- The Self-Starter: You require zero hand-holding. You are fiercely independent, disciplined, and motivated purely by results and revenue.
- The Industry Insider: You understand the e-commerce ecosystem – Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, payment gateways, and acquiring services are your native language.
- The Communicator: Fluent English for international pitching is required. Bilingual proficiency (French, German, Italian, or Spanish) is a massive advantage for capturing specific European markets.
